Exklusiv Konzept wasfounded in Port Andratx in 2002 by Dr. Gunther Wüstenhagen .Fascinated by the beauty of Mallorca, especially the natural harbor of Port Andratx, the vision of offering first-class real estate in this unique region was born.
Today, Exklusiv Konzept is managed by Michael Riekert, who continues the tradition of excellence and personal advice. As an experienced real estate expert, he assists his clients with specialist knowledge in all matters relating to the purchase process as well as preparing for inheritance.

About Michael Riekert (CEO)
With 18 years of experience in the real estate industry, Michael Riekert has an extensive network of owners, investors and clients. After training as a real estate agent and studying real estate management (B.Sc. in Real Estate), he specialized in the brokerage of commercial and high-quality private properties in the international sector.
As a director of the NAI Apollo Group, he managed the corporate division and oversaw international real estate projects. In 2022, he took over the company Exklusiv Konzept from Dr. Gunther Wüstenhagen and has since continued to run it with passion and entrepreneurial flair as owner and managing director.
